Mahi-Mahi (Coryphaena hippurus)

Also called dolphinfish or dorado, it is known for its vibrant colors, slender body, and impressive speed.

This fish features a striking appearance with golden sides, metallic blue and green backs, and a blunt head. Mahi-Mahi is a popular target for commercial and sport fishing due to its abundance, rapid growth rate, and highly prized meat, which is firm, lean, and mildly sweet in flavor.
