Our true Ceylon cinnamon has mid, complex flavor with hints of citus and subtle sweetness. Theyare harvested by hand from plantations deep in the Sri Lankan wilderness. Ceylon cinnamon is markedly different from the very strong and spicy taste of the cheaper cassia cinnamon varieties.
